“Many big and small projects are being planned by the BN government for the betterment of the people of Kapit and the surrounding areas.

“To ensure they are implemented smoothly and unimpeded, the BN government needs the people’s support,” he stressed, adding the projects included infrastructure and basic amenities for the masses.

In his speech at the gathering, Nyuak thanked all those present and said the gathering served as a platform for them to enhance their ties for the common good of all.

Later, he presented personal donations ranging from RM1,000 to RM5,000 to various NGOs here.

Among the recipients were Kapit Lions Club, JKKK of Nanga Engkatit, Yong, and Kelab Sukan Rekreasi Bermotosikal Terasang Kapit.
