“Sarawak has received billions of ringgit in budget allocations to develop the state especially the rural areas hence we owe our loyalty and support to the BN government at both the federal and state level,” he said during an event organised at Rumah Elli, Sungai Rawa near here recently.
“Under the BN government, many projects have been implemented in the rural areas and with the state government’s emphasis on rural development, I am confident you will see more development and progress coming your way,” he assured.
At the function, Masir announced government grants of RM50,000 to Rumah Elli village security and development committee (JKKK) and RM5,000 to the longhouse women’s bureau.-Borneo Post
